it was black and full length

well i'll be......i have finally seen someone in melbourne wearing a cape!
it is cold today but no climate warrant's a cape.

this program i am using to do little sketches is awful and very primative...'paint' on my pc and i'm using an uncontrolable mouse..so forgive the images.
