clock-tastic
i got the idea of painting a clock from another blog (have forgotten the source) so went to homebase the other weekend in search of a nice one; this is enamel and looks a lot like 1950's bakelite. in my eagerness i painted this image, it is ok but not fantastic so i'm going to buy a few more and plan the images before i dive in. i think it turned out ok.

oh so cute! I feel like commissioning one for my own birthday, even though I know that's bad feng shui (in so many ways).
thanks naomi, glad you liked it. i'm going to look into buying the clocks in bulk. you seem like you are having fun in townsville,well at least making the most of everything that you have there. any chance you will move back to melbourne in the next few years?
